How SarkarDada office ratings and reviews work
Understand citizen ratings, votes, review limits and why feedback stays with a public office across changes in personnel.
SarkarDada platform guide · Updated 13 October 2026
What is being rated?
Feedback concerns a public office and its service, rather than an individual’s personal profile. The record stays attached to the position when personnel change. State the service context and approximate period of your experience so readers can interpret it appropriately, without naming individuals.
How is a rating calculated?
A signed-in account can maintain one rating from one to five stars per office. The displayed average is the arithmetic mean of submitted ratings. An unrated office has no score. The number of ratings matters: a score based on very few submissions provides limited evidence.
Votes and ratings are separate
The For and Against buttons record a separate opinion on public service performance. Each signed-in account can maintain one vote per office. Votes are not an election, an official assessment or a statistically representative survey.
What makes a useful review?
Describe your own experience: the service sought, the response received and the outcome. Keep it specific and about the office. Do not include personal names, private details, abuse or unsupported allegations. Citizen comments are opinions, not verified findings.
Can feedback be changed or reported?
Sign in with ChatGPT to participate. You can update or remove your own feedback. Use Report on a review to flag a concern. Reporting records a review request and does not itself establish that a comment is false or guarantee a particular moderation outcome.
How should readers interpret the results?
Participation is voluntary, so contributors may not represent everyone served by the office. Office-wide averages can also combine experiences from different periods and personnel. Read the review context and source information; do not treat a rating as a finding about an individual or proof of misconduct.
